  1. These terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into between NES Workwear Ltd and its customers.
  2. NES Workwear Ltd agrees to carry out the requirements of the customer in accordance with written specifications supplied by the customer to NES Workwear Ltd and recorded in writing between the parties.
  3. Unless otherwise agreed payment for the goods ordered by the customer shall be made when placing the order. Title or ownership of the goods supplied by NES Workwear Ltd shall not pass to the customer until such time as full payment has been made, full payment being the receipt of cleared funds in respect of the whole order relating to the goods supplied.
  4. In the event of the customer wishing to change the design, artwork or other aspect of the order such request must be given by the customer to NES Workwear Ltd in writing. NES Workwear Ltd will do its best to accommodate the changes in accordance with the request but reserves the right to charge the customer any additional expense incurred. We will notify you of the cost of any such charges arising out of your request prior to actioning any alterations. We reserve the right to amend the initial delivery time frame should any changes to an order be required. Orders requiring new artwork will not be started until artwork is agreed by the customer.
  1. NES Workwear Ltd states the return of goods is entirely at our discretion the exception being where the return of goods is as a result of failure on the part of NNES Workwear Ltd to supply the goods in accordance with the order. We regret personalised goods cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty
  2. These terms and conditions are applied to all orders and contract arrangements entered into between NES Workwear Ltd and the customer.
  3. For the avoidance of doubt should there be any dispute under between NES Workwear Ltd and the customer this would be dealt with in accordance with English Law.
  4. Our terms and conditions do not in any way remove, restrict, or hinder any of the customer's statutory rights.
